District Varna

The district governor creates a political cabinet under his direct authority.

The political cabinet includes deputy district governors. The regional governor may assign the implementation of the activities for conducting the information policy to an employee in charge of public relations, who shall be included in the composition of the political cabinet.

The political cabinet:

1. assist the regional governor in making decisions, ensuring the implementation of the state policy in the sphere of his / her powers;

2. exchange information with the political cabinets of the members of the Council of Ministers and of the other regional governors on the implementation of the policy adopted by the government;

3. organize and carry out the relations of the regional governor with the other state bodies and with the public. In fulfilling its tasks under item 3, the political cabinet of the regional governor has advisory, analytical and information functions.
